This session introduces the OPRAS Strategy, a five-part framework designed to help you stay grounded, composed, and connected when family tensions are high. By learning to respond based on deliberate choice rather than reflexive autopilot, you model a "way of being" that opens the door to new possibilities for your family and the generations to come.This is the final session in a three-part webinar series called Lead with Grace Across Generations. It is for individuals who care deeply about their family and want to navigate life’s inevitable challenges with greater awareness and grace. Grounded in a family systems approach to leadership, all three sessions focus not on “fixing” others or improving communication skills, but on strengthening your capacity to manage your own reactivity when tensions rise.
